 Course Enrollment

Students are advised to review the course details, duration, syllabus, and fee structure before making any payment. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable course fee.

 Cancellation Policy

• Students may request course cancellation by contacting our support team via email or phone.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered the official cancellation date.

 Refund Policy

Before Course Commencement

• If a student cancels enrollment before the course start date, a refund may be provided after deducting applicable registration, administrative, or processing charges.

After Course Commencement

• Once the course has started, fees paid are generally non-refundable.
• No refund will be provided for partially attended classes, missed sessions, or voluntary withdrawal from the course.

Special Circumstances

• Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Uni Ace Informatics Pvt. Ltd.

 Course Rescheduling

• The institute reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or modify course schedules due to operational requirements.
• In such cases, students may be offered an alternative batch or schedule.

. Non-Transferable Fees

Course fees paid are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another student without prior written approval from the institute.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
